I use ermine buttercream for all of my cakes. It’s an old‑fashioned buttercream which is soft, airy and naturally less sweet.

Its airy texture and gentle sweetness feels lighter than American buttercream and less rich than Swiss meringue.

Overall, the result is a light, silky finish that complements the cake rather than overpowering it.

I require a minimum of 1 weeks notice for custom cake orders to ensure that I have the time to prepare your beautiful cake from scratch. However, the sooner the better!
